1. 方法好簡單，只要把心頭好，按"訂購"，加入shopping cart, 再到CART 內按"check out".

    － 客戶如有Paypal戶口，可以登入並付款，方法非常簡單

    － 如客戶沒有登記Paypal戶口，也可於Paypal 付款平台選擇單次付款，而不登入／登記。當然客戶也可之後登記成為Paypal 付款平台用戶。

    － 另外，你也可直接存款到我們的公司銀行戶口"ecBuy4u Online Business Company"，並電郵閣下的姓名／地址／聯絡電話和有關已選購的貨品名稱及數量，請緊記把銀行存根同時電郵致ecbuy4u@gmail.com, 我們會發送貨品到你指定收件地點。

   - If you are Paypal member, you can login and pay easily.

  - If you do not register Paypal account, you can also pay by credit card, thought Paypal platform by once. You can register as Paypal member surely.

 - Or, you can Bank-in to "ecBuy4u Online Business Company". Please remember to email us the followings:

   = Bank Receipt marked your name & mobile number

  = Contact information: Name/delivery address/mobile number

[v] 收貨人姓名／電話／地址  Receiver Name/delivery address/mobile number； 如付款人與收件人資料不同，敬請註明. If there are different buyer & receiver, please remark and leave us the contact information.

​[v] 訂購貨品清單-貨品名稱／訂購數量 The list of ordering－Name of products/quanity of order. 

[v] 因不同貨品供應緊張，為免誤會，請先行與店長聯絡，查詢存貨量。While stock last, please keep contact with ecbuy4u.biz and check the availability. 

 

如何送貨？Shipping？

－郵費／運費同時付款

－All shipping cost pay in the process

－一般情況下，我們以速遞送貨，最佳送貨地址為工商業區，市區，本地 2KG以下HK$20，2KG 以上每1KG加HK$18;

     如其他特定地點，如住宅／離島／學校／政府部門等，均以香港郵政掛號送遞，郵費1kg 以下HK$20，1.1kg-2kg HK$50起。

- For normal, we use Courier for delivery. For Commercial/Industrial area, first 2kg, HK$20; over 2kg +$18 for each addon kg. For Residences／Islands/School/Government department etc, we will use HKPost instead, Postage fee HK$20/1kg, the upper 1.1kg-2kg will charge HK$50 up.

貨品出現問題如何處理？Returns & Refunds？
ecbuy4u.biz 每件貨品均由專人細心檢驗才送貨給客戶。如顧客收到貨品時，有損毁或遺失，請於收件後2天內電郵／FACEBOOK MESSAGER，把有關貨品拍照通知本店，我們會盡快處理。

＊任何人為損毁／惡意破壞不設換貨。

＊＊貨物以物流公司／郵政局負責

＊＊＊貨物出門，本店亦只能以貨換貨，若有不滿也只能換其他貨品，不設退款。

本店以小本經營，希望各客戶高抬貴手，如有任何做得不妥善，煩請賜教。
